Who looks after your information
I am Rolandas Žigonis, the artist behind this website and the person responsible for your information. You can contact me at rolandas.zigonis@gmail.com.
When you get in touch
I use your name, email address, message and the painting you ask about to respond to you. Purchase enquiries are handled at your request before a possible sale; other enquiries are handled on the basis of my legitimate interest in answering your message. Your details are not used for advertising. Without contact details, I cannot reply.
How long information stays
Once I have contacted you, I delete your enquiry from the website’s enquiry list. Any continuing email conversation is kept while it is needed to deal with your request. Technical copies used for security may remain for up to 30 days; backup copies disappear as backups are replaced.
Keeping the website running
The people who help maintain the website, its hosting provider and the email service may handle information needed to deliver these services. Technical details are also used to keep the website working and secure.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A small cookie called pll_language remembers your chosen language for up to one year, so you do not have to choose it again. You can remove it in your browser settings. Signing in to the private administration area also requires login cookies.
Your choices
You can email me to ask what information I hold about you, correct it or request its deletion. Where applicable, you can also ask to limit its use, object to its use or receive a transferable copy. You can raise a concern with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
